The name implies only golf carts. However, this training program is designed primarily for industrial use of golf carts, industrial carts, service carts and other similar electrical carts. Focus is on operating safely, maintenance of electric batteries, general safe driving techniques and basic safety requirements. This is one of the most neglected vehicles in industrial operations, but allowing operators to drive these vehicles without proper training increases a company's liability in the event anyone is injured in the operation of this vehicle. Video is accompanied with a diskette of test questions and answers.

There are many legal cyber issues other than hacking. This video covers the different laws and Federal Acts that deal with economic espionage, copyright infringement, computer security, and privacy issues. Viruses and pornography are also addressed.

This video uses the Microvote 464 system as a visual aid.

This video program explains the protocols in conversing with voters who are physically impaired. It also covers the dos and don’ts in dealing with challenged voters. It was developed in cooperation with the Tennessee Protections and Advocacy.

This program is designed to show precinct officials the procedures in identifying voters who are eligible for a provisional ballot and how to process the voter and safeguard the provisional ballot.
